Delivery No size or order is too big and no destination is too far away. We can ship your order anywhere in the world via common carrier, flatbed, barge, or container. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure protection against weather and freight damage and we meticulously QC every order before it leaves our facility. Customer Responsibility Our customers are required to be available at time of delivery and must provide sufficient labor or equipment to unload when driver arrives at the job site. Terms North Valley Specialty Products normally requires prepayment of the total invoice amount prior to shipping. This allows us to provide you with the most competitive pricing. On large orders, where prepayment of the full amount is not possible, arrangements can be made to ship your order with the balance due upon delivery, payable with a cashier's check.
